ABOUT LAS SOLERAS

Las Soleras Santa Fe is a 550 acre greenfield, mixed-use transit oriented development located in historic Santa Fe, New Mexico. At completion, Las Soleras will have over 2,000 residences and as many as 10,000 people coming to work every day in office, commercial, retail, medical, and government jobs. The majority of these will be located within a short walk (10 minutes or less) from the pending Rail Runner express, offering commuter rail service to both Albuquerque and downtown Santa Fe. This provides a more convenient alternative to traffic and rising auto and parking costs.
